Executive – Operational Excellence (Piramal Pharma)

⭐ Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting training programs on Shop Floor Transformation, 5S, 7 QC Tools, and Lean concepts.
• Monitoring Area Effectiveness Team (AET) performance, scoring, and providing improvement feedback.
• Conducting employee training on transformation activities and CANDO initiatives.
• Driving Lean & Six Sigma implementation across the site.
• Organizing Kaizen & Best Suggestion Awards.
• Supporting leadership with tools for selecting improvement projects.
• Updating Value Stream Mapping and maintaining action plans.
• Preparing Monthly MIS reports for KPIs and shop floor progress.
• Participating in AET meetings to identify common issues and escalate concerns.
• Approving project savings and raising 2B2 requests.
• Handling queries related to AET and CANDO activities.
• Organizing 5S events, Abnormality analysis, OPLs, CLITA activities, etc.
• Conducting online operator training for transformation initiatives.
• Monthly review meetings with the plant steering committee.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Science/Engineering/Pharma preferred)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S & operational excellence systems
• Experience in training, process improvements & shop floor transformation (preferred)
