Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd., a growing Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), is hiring an Executive – Analytical Sciences in Ahmedabad. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in biosimilar analytical method development, particularly in monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) characterization and physicochemical method validation.
The organization is expanding its biologics drug development and GMP manufacturing capabilities to support global First-in-Human (FIH) clinical trials. If you have hands-on exposure to SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, CEX, Maurice, glycan profiling, DLS, DSC, and CD spectroscopy, this role offers strong growth potential in biologics analytics.
🧪 Key Responsibilities – Executive Analytical Sciences
The selected candidate will:
- Develop, qualify, and validate physicochemical analytical methods for batch release of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
- Perform characterization of structural attributes of biologics and biosimilars.
- Work with CHO or murine myeloma expression systems.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools including:
- SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, CEX
- Maurice (capillary electrophoresis)
- NP-HPLC for glycan characterization
- DLS, DSC, CD spectroscopy
- SEC-MALS
- Spectrophotometric methods
- Assess purity and identity of:
- mAbs
- Bi-specific antibodies
- Receptor fusions
- Antibody fragments
- Support higher-order structure evaluation (Mass Spectrometry exposure preferred).
- Use statistical software such as GraphPad and JAMP.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across analytical and development teams.

Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Sciences
Experience
- 1–2 years in biosimilar analytical method development
- Hands-on exposure to monoclonal antibody characterization
- Experience in physicochemical method validation for biologics
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
- Knowledge of higher-order structure analysis
- Statistical data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
