Key Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Executive in L’Oréal’s D3I department, you will:
- Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance: Stay updated on global and local cosmetic regulations impacting raw material dossiers.
- Dossier Management: Prepare, review, and maintain raw material dossiers aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams (R&I, formulation, legal) and external partners (suppliers, regulators).
- Process Optimization: Identify workflow improvements for dossier management and document control.
- Quality Assurance: Perform accuracy and compliance checks on all dossiers.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in regulatory affairs, dossier management, or compliance (cosmetic, pharma, or chemical industry preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong data analysis and dossier preparation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in teams.
