🔬 Key Responsibilities
As part of the R&D team at Shilpa Biologicals, you will:
- Lead and execute projects involving MAbs and microbial process development.
- Perform upstream and downstream development, optimization, and scale-up.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tech transfer and formulations.
- Maintain cGMP, GLP, and quality compliance throughout project stages.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: M.Sc., M.Tech, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 3–10 years in biologics R&D (USP, DSP, Analytical, or Formulation).
- Designation: Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager.
- Skills: Hands-on experience in bioprocessing, analytical techniques, and formulation development preferred.
