Job Responsibilities
As an AR Caller (US Voice Process), you will:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US.
- Follow up on pending medical claims and resolve denials.
- Ensure accurate documentation of call interactions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve claim settlement.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream (B.Pharm, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BBA, etc. accepted).
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US process).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
