Responsibilities in the Job
As an Associate Analyst (HTA Team) at EVERSANA, you will:
- Extract data from Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and reports.
- Perform data entry and ensure quality management.
- Conduct quality assurance on deliverables.
- Collect, organize, and synthesize clinical and economic information.
- Provide in-depth analysis and insights from HTA reports.
- Summarize and present results to internal teams.
- Stay updated on global pricing and reimbursement landscapes and therapeutic area developments.
- Prepare internal reports and analyses while maintaining EVERSANA’s high-quality standards.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences.
- 0–1 year of experience in HTA, market access, or health economics.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of global HTA agency decision-making processes.
- Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and effective time management.
- Consulting experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Quick learning abilities and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of pricing and reimbursement processes in the healthcare sector.
