Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
- Research and evaluate medical literature to provide accurate, evidence-based responses.
- Handle adverse event and product complaint reporting in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
- Pharm.D, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Life Sciences), B.Pharm, or related degree.
- Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
2. Medical and Scientific Reviewer (Remote)

💼 Department: Clinical & Medical | Job Family: Medical & Regulatory Affairs
Key Responsibilities:
- Review promotional & non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure claims are supported by data and aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review.
- Support medical content development for Medical Affairs & Medical Information.
Qualifications:
- Pharm.D, Ph.D., MBBS, MDS, or BDS with 2+ years in scientific review/writing.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms preferred.
- Strong literature search skills (PubMed, Embase, Ovid).
3. Medical Content and Review Specialist (Remote)

💼 Department: Clinical & Medical | Job Family: Medical Writing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process.
- Schedule and lead review committee meetings, document approvals.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and industry regulations.
- Support medical content development and project management.
Qualifications:
- Life Sciences/Biomedical graduate with 2+ years in pharma/agency MLR roles.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms is a must.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
