Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tender and quotation data effectively.
- Sales Documentation:
- Organize and manage contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Customer Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Address customer queries via phone, email, or in person, providing product and pricing information.
- Assist the sales team in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Skills and Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Lifescience or Biotechnology. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong understanding of NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) services. - Soft Skills:
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
