- Production Department
Senior Executive – Production Experience: 8–10 years Executive – Production Experience: 4–7 years
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. Chemistry or B.E. Chemical Engineering Preferred Background: Hands-on experience in API manufacturing, Agro Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, or Fine Chemicals
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor reactors, distillation units, and other production equipment in compliance with cGMP
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR and process instructions
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement CAPA
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth technology transfer and scale-up
- Quality Assurance Department
Senior Executive – Quality Assurance Experience: 5–8 years
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry Preferred Background: Solid experience in API manufacturing units with exposure to QMS, IPQA, validation, audits, and documentation
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the shop floor
- Review batch manufacturing records, analytical reports, and logbooks
- Handle qualifications, validations, and change control processes -control
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- Drive continual improvement in Quality Management System (QMS)
Note: All positions require working in rotational shifts (A, B, C) with rotational weekly off.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (as mentioned above)
- Proven experience in regulated API / bulk drug manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and data integrity principles
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setup
