Available Positions in Quality Assurance
Eugia Pharma is hiring for two key roles in the Quality Assurance department:
1. Executive (IPQA – In-Process Quality Assurance)
This role focuses on ensuring compliance and quality during sterile manufacturing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality checks in sterile operations.
- Maintain good aseptic practices throughout production.
- Conduct environmental monitoring, including viable and non-viable particle counting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sterile operations (lyophilised and dry powder injections).
- Hands-on experience with in-process checks, aseptic practices, and environmental monitoring.
- Preference for candidates from USFDA-regulated environments.
2. Sr. Executive (Validation)
This senior role involves overseeing validation activities to ensure facility and process compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead validation processes for sterile facilities.
- Handle computer system validation and cleaning validation protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- 7-9 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on expertise in facility validation (lyo/dry powder), computer system validation, and cleaning validation.
- Preference for candidates from USFDA-regulated environments.
Salary, Benefits, and Application Process
Salary:
- Executive (IPQA): ₹4.5 – 7.5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and skills).
- Sr. Executive (Validation): ₹7 – 11 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and skills).
