Available Positions and Experience Requirements
Eugia is hiring for multiple roles with varying experience levels:
- Executive / Sr. Executive – QA (IPQA) (1-3 years): B.Pharm / M.Pharm – Line clearance, washing, filling, sealing, visual inspection, environmental monitoring in Grade A, B, C, D clean rooms.
- Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant – Production (2-9 years): Diploma / B.Sc – Aseptic area operations, Lyo, Autoclave, Vial Filling, Washing, Sealing.
- Executive / Sr. Executive – Production (2-9 years): B.Pharm – Monitoring aseptic area, environmental monitoring, media fill, infusion/solution preparation, Lyophilization, BFS, injectable bag filling.
- Sr. Tech Asst / Executive / Sr. Executive – Engineering (Process Instrumentation) (4-8 years): Diploma / B.Tech – Hands-on with process instrumentation (online/offline), SCADA, troubleshooting for critical equipment like filling, vessels, autoclaves, NPC, CIP/SIP.
- Sr. Tech Asst / Executive Asst / Sr. Executive – Engineering (Process Mechanical) (4-8 years): Diploma / B.Tech – Hands-on mechanical maintenance for critical process equipment, filling, capping, autoclaves, lyophilizers, TS, vessels, CIP/SIP skids.
- Lyophilizer Engineer (Instrumentation & Mechanical) (4-8 years): Diploma / B.Tech – Operation and maintenance of lyophilizers, cleaning, inspection, track record handling (experienced lyophilizer personnel only).
- Deputy Manager – Calibration and Instrumentation (10-14 years): B.Tech / Diploma – In-house and external calibration, knowledge of BMS, Biometric, Digital wall clocks, UMS software, Siemens, SCADA, HMI.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
Candidates should have proven expertise in:
- Aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing environments
- Environmental monitoring, media fill simulations
- Operation of lyophilizers, autoclaves, vial/BFS filling lines
- PLC/SCADA-based instrumentation, troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance, breakdown handling in shifts
- Documentation, compliance with GMP guidelines

Qualifications
