Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the Ethics Committee (EC)
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Organize and document EC meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Review and process research protocols submitted for ethical approval
- Maintain records of EC decisions and follow-ups
- Liaise with researchers, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Stay updated on national and international ethical guidelines (ICMR, ICH-GCP, etc.)
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical research ethics and regulations
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
