Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Statistical Programmer, you will collaborate with Medical Affairs biostatisticians and programming teams to:
- Develop and implement statistical programming using SAS for clinical trial data and post-hoc analyses.
- Generate QC’d data packages, including tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Work closely with global teams to fulfill statistical analysis needs.
- Stay updated on advanced programming techniques and CDISC standards (SDTM & ADaM).
Team & Collaboration:
- Engage with Medical Affairs, biostatisticians, and programming teams to deliver accurate statistical outputs.
- Support Sanofi Business Operations in maintaining efficient data processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience:
- 1+ years of relevant experience (or 6 months internship in statistical programming).
- Base SAS programming proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM & ADaM).
Soft Skills:
- Ability to manage timelines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
Language:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
