Job Responsibilities
OSD Packing (Operator/Officer)
- Perform primary and secondary packing for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Operate and maintain packing machinery with precision.
Quality Control – Chemical & Microbiology (Officer/Executive)
- Conduct chemical and microbiological analysis using HPLC, GC, GLP, and LIMS.
- Perform tests like MLT, BET, LBPC, and sterility media preparation.
- Ensure product quality aligns with regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance (Officer/Executive)
- Oversee IPQA, equipment qualification, APQR, AQA, and QMS processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for OSD and Injectable products.
- Document and validate processes for audits.
Injectable Production & Packing (Operator/Officer)
- Operate equipment for injectable production, including autoclave, lyophilizer, and filling machines.
- Perform visual inspections, blister packing, and labeling.
- Maintain sterile conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
Warehouse (Operator/Officer)
- Manage raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
- Handle dispensing and inventory management under QMS guidelines.
- Ensure timely material availability for production.
Engineering (Operator)
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery, including autoclaves, lyophilizers, and labeling machines.
- Support OSD and utility management for seamless operations.
- Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm, depending on the role.
- Experience: 1-7 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, or engineering.
- Skills:
