Experience Required 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities (Department-wise Overview) Quality Assurance
- IPQA, QMS, Validation, Qualification activities
- Batch record review, change control, deviation handling
- Audit readiness and compliance
Quality Control & Microbiology
- Finished product, stability in-process raw material testing
- Microbial limit test, BET, sterility testing, environmental monitoring
- Operation calibration of HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.
Production & Packing
- Operation of granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, vial filling lines
- Blister packing, bottle packing, labeling
- Yield reconciliation and line clearance
Engineering
- Preventive predictive maintenance of equipment
- Utility management (HVAC, water system, boiler, compressor)
- Instrumentation calibration troubleshooting
