🧪 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Implementation
- Support implementation of R&D strategic initiatives
- Track progress and provide decision-making frameworks
- Act as communication liaison with the wider organization
- Build strong relationships and influence without authority
Content Creation & Communication
- Prepare reports, townhall decks, executive briefings, onboarding materials
- Develop intranet pages, newsletters, leader emails, and dashboards
- Design posters, digital creatives, SharePoint pages, and campaigns
- Use AI and new-age tools for innovative content creation
Project Planning & Leadership Support
- Create project plans, dashboards, and reports
- Support GOAT Lead Team with slides and leadership content
- Develop videos and multimedia for organizational showcases
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinate office operations and site events
- Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and visitor coordination
- Assist with ticketing, catering, and special projects
