About the Role

As an Associate Analyst – EHS, you will be at the core of Colgate’s global product safety compliance efforts. Your primary responsibility is to create, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) across international regions, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards and uphold the high quality and trust associated with Colgate-Palmolive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with international and local chemical regulations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather product-related data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on evolving chemical regulations across global markets.
  • Conduct quality audits on SDS for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Respond to internal/external inquiries on chemical safety and hazard data.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Strong fundamentals in chemistry or related sciences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of raw materials and their environmental, health, and safety profiles.
  • Passion for learning and interest in global EHS compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SAP EHS domain and company-specific data systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with new technologies and EHS methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
