Key Responsibilities
As an Editorial Board Resourcing Associate, you will:
- Data Management & Analysis
- Support journal publishing colleagues in editorial board recruitment.
- Assess recruitment needs and develop tailored recommendations.
- Use pre-defined criteria to create datasets and identify candidates.
- Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with Editors-in-Chief and internal teams.
- Ensure suitable candidates are invited promptly.
- Provide timely progress feedback to EiCs.
- Process Improvement
- Work with analytics and data teams to improve scalable tools.
- Provide feedback for a smoother onboarding of editorial board members.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in any discipline of Science.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year.
- Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High computer literacy (MS Office and quick learner of new tools).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
