Key Responsibilities
- Perform ECR (External Claims Review) & IBR (Independent Bill Review) tasks with accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze claim details, medical documentation, billing patterns, and payer guidelines.
- Ensure alignment with U.S. healthcare reimbursement policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and productivity standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Zelis India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare / Allied Health (preferred).
- Experience in medical claims review, U.S. healthcare processes, or payment integrity is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global environment.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced operational setup.
