Qualification: B-Tech/ M.Sc./ M-Tech (Biotechnology/Lifesciences)

Requirements:

  • Experience with primary and mammalian cell culture
  • Experience in regulated BSL-II laboratory settings
  • Practical knowledge of cell-based assays and data interpretation
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and behaviors
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and computational software

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for raw materials and manage inventory
  • Perform cell culture experiments independently and under supervision
  • Record all experimentation data and prepare reports
  • Revive and maintain cell lines, and prepare media/buffer/solutions
  • Prepare SOPs, protocols, and summary reports as required
  • Follow good documentation practices (GDP) and lab safety procedures

Salary: Negotiable for ideal candidates.
