Qualification: B-Tech/ M.Sc./ M-Tech (Biotechnology/Lifesciences)
Requirements:
- Experience with primary and mammalian cell culture
- Experience in regulated BSL-II laboratory settings
- Practical knowledge of cell-based assays and data interpretation
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and behaviors
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and computational software
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for raw materials and manage inventory
- Perform cell culture experiments independently and under supervision
- Record all experimentation data and prepare reports
- Revive and maintain cell lines, and prepare media/buffer/solutions
- Prepare SOPs, protocols, and summary reports as required
- Follow good documentation practices (GDP) and lab safety procedures
