Job Responsibilities
As a Due Diligence Specialist at ICON, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of clinical trial projects. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting due diligence assessments for clinical trial projects, including site selection, investigator qualification, and vendor evaluation.
- Reviewing regulatory documents, study protocols, and other materials to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies and actionable plans to address identified issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of due diligence activities.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of due diligence activities and findings to support audit readiness.
Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
