Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ICSR case processing, including triage, data entry, narrative writing, and quality review.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines including ICH, EMA, MHRA, and FDA safety reporting standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and report adverse events across clinical and post-marketing sources.
• Maintain high accuracy in data reconciliation, case validation, and case prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality improvements and signal management support.
• Ensure all safety submissions meet internal SLAs, compliance KPIs, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, specifically in ICSR case processing.
• Strong knowledge of safety databases (ARGUS, ARISg, Veeva Vault Safety, etc.).
• Excellent written communication and narrative writing skills.
• Ability to work under timelines with strong attention to detail.
