1. Drug Safety Associate – Literature Case Processing
Experience: 2-3 years in Pharmacovigilance
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process literature cases for drug safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (GVP, ICH, FDA, EMA).
- Perform case narrative writing, MedDRA coding, and ICSR submissions.
- Collaborate with global PV teams for signal detection and risk management.
2. Medical Information Call Center (PV) – Fresher
Experience: Freshers welcome (Pharmacovigilance training preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals & patients.
- Document and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints.
- Maintain accurate PV databases and support compliance activities.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
✔ Drug Safety Associate:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Medicine (MBBS/BDS preferred).
- 2-3 years in literature case processing, ICSR management, or PV operations.
- Knowledge of Argus, VigiFlow, or other safety databases (advantage).
✔ Medical Information Call Center (Fresher):
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Life Sciences graduates.
- Strong communication skills (English + regional languages a plus).
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles (training provided).
