Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process Safety Data – Handle adverse event (AE) reports, endpoint information, and database entries in compliance with regulatory standards.
✔ Pharmacovigilance Activities – Track incoming AEs, update case status, perform medical coding, and write narratives.
✔ Quality & Compliance – Ensure all deliverables meet project-specific quality and timeline requirements.
✔ Training & Mentorship – Complete assigned trainings on time and guide new team members if required.
✔ Problem-Solving – Identify and escalate quality issues to senior team members.
✔ Team Collaboration – Attend project meetings and communicate challenges/successes to the operations manager.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related field.
- 1-1.5 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance/drug safety (Preferred).
✅ Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and safety databases.
- Familiarity with clinical research regulations (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
✅ Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
