Key Responsibilities
As a Drug Safety Executive at Fidelity Health Services, you will play a critical role in maintaining pharmacovigilance standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing accurate book-in and ICSR data entry into safety databases within defined timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company quality standards for pharmacovigilance processes.
- Conducting MedDRA coding, accurate event selection, and narrative writing for ICSRs.
- Raising follow-ups for missing information or discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborating with the pharmacovigilance team to uphold high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in book-in and ICSR data entry within pharmacovigilance.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in MedDRA coding.
