Key Responsibilities
- Perform QC review of medical information calls, including:
- Adverse Events (AE)
- Product Complaints
- Medical Information queries
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in safety data
- Handle and document Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Respond to medical inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Report adverse events and product complaints within regulatory timelines
- Maintain QC trackers, audit records, and documentation logs
- Support training and mentoring of team members
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Requirements
- B.Pharm / BSc / MSc / Life Sciences
Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology & medical terminology
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance workflows and AE reporting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines (ICH, GVP, etc.)
Preferred Tools Experience
- Salesforce
- IRMS (Inquiry Response Management Systems)
- Veeva
