📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Drug Safety Associate at Indegene, you will:
- Confirm validity of cases by identifying minimum criteria for case creation.
- Perform duplicate searches and create initial or follow-up cases.
- Handle adverse event reporting in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Identify and process serious adverse events (SAEs), special scenarios, and product quality complaints.
- Attach and verify relevant safety documents, follow-ups, and queries.
- Code adverse events, indications, and lab data using MedDRA and client-specific conventions.
- Draft concise and accurate narratives.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Medicine.
- Strong understanding of case-handling processes and drug safety workflows.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and therapy areas.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and verbal reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
