📝 Key Responsibilities

As a Drug Safety Associate at Indegene, you will:

• Confirm validity of cases by identifying minimum criteria for case creation.
• Perform duplicate searches and create initial or follow-up cases.
• Handle adverse event reporting in compliance with global regulatory requirements.
• Identify and process serious adverse events (SAEs), special scenarios, and product quality complaints.
• Attach and verify relevant safety documents, follow-ups, and queries.
• Code adverse events, indications, and lab data using MedDRA and client-specific conventions.
• Draft concise and accurate narratives.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Medicine.
• Strong understanding of case-handling processes and drug safety workflows.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and therapy areas.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and verbal reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
