Roles & Responsibilities – Drug Safety Associate
As a Drug Safety Associate at TCS, you will be responsible for end-to-end pharmacovigilance case handling, including:

- Accessing, reviewing, and processing safety cases in Argus Safety Database
- Coding adverse events, medications, and indications using standard dictionaries
- Performing complete ICSR case processing as per global timelines
- Ensuring compliance with GVP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Managing follow-up activities with reporters and stakeholders
- Supporting implementation of patient safety objectives and procedures
- Contributing to process improvement and safety system enhancements
- Working collaboratively in a performance-driven pharmacovigilance team
- Meeting strict turnaround times with high data quality and accuracy
Educational Qualifications Required
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
- BAMS / BDS
Key Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
- Strong knowledge of ICSR processing and case lifecycle
- Working experience with Argus Safety
- Understanding of ICH-GCP, GVP guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex clinical safety data
- Team-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
