Key Responsibilities – Drug Safety Associate (ICSR)
- Triage incoming adverse event reports for completeness, validity, and legibility
- Perform ICSR booking and data entry into the safety database
- Manage follow-up requests and case-level query resolution
- Medical coding using standard dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO-DD)
- Draft clear and compliant case narratives
- Conduct literature searches for adverse event identification
- Participate in client meetings, as required
- Support regulatory audits and inspections, including preparation and follow-up activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
- Experience: 1–5 years in Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance (ICSR processing)
- Hands-on experience with safety databases and literature surveillance
- Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations
