Job Responsibilities
Team Member – Production/Manufacturing
- Operate and manage filling operations for Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS), cartridges, and liquid vials.
- Handle compounding and aseptic processes with expertise in isolators, vial wash, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Team Member – Engineering
- Maintain manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilizers.
- Implement automation engineering, including PLC/SCADA programming and troubleshooting.
- Lead project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Member – IPQA
- Perform line clearance, Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) reviews, and ensure aseptic practices.
- Conduct investigations, risk assessments, deviations, change control, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Team Member – Bioassay
- Execute cell-based assays, peptide bioassays, and monoclonal antibody (Mab) bioassays.
- Perform biochemical tests (ELISA, PCR, PRI) with adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Qualifications
- Production/Manufacturing: Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering with 2-6 years of experience in injectable operations.
- Engineering: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation with 4-10 years of experience in automation and maintenance.
- IPQA: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 3-8 years of experience in process area maintenance and aseptic practices.
- Bioassay: M.Sc/M.Tech/B.Tech in Biotechnology with 3-8 years of experience in bioassays and biochemical testing.
- Minimum 60% academic score is mandatory for all roles.
