Job Description
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is hiring for multiple positions in Drug Product (DP) and Biologics Manufacturing. Available roles include:
- TM-Calibration
- Expertise in calibration procedures for analog instruments (Temperature, RH, Pressure, Flow, Air Velocity).
- Knowledge of deviations and compliance.
- TM/TL-DP Instrumentation & Automation (I&A)
- Experience with vial filling, washing, tunnels, VHP, PFS, autoclaves, isolators, QMS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
- Troubleshooting and programming knowledge required.
- TM-Engineering DS (Mechanical/I&A)
- I&A: Automation platforms, bioreactors, TFF, ATF, cGMP, and QMS.
- Mechanical: Maintenance of biopharma equipment (reactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems).
- DP-Sterile Operations/Fill Finish/QMS
- Hands-on experience in GMP-compliant sterile filling, washing, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- TM-DP Mechanical
- Maintenance of biopharma equipment (autoclaves, reactors, TFF systems) under cGMP standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/M.Tech (DP Manufacturing)
- B.Sc/M.Sc (Relevant Specialization)
- Experience: Prior experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing, calibration, or sterile operations is preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and adherence to GMP/QMS standards.
