Job Responsibilities
As a Team Member – IPQA, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality and compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting line clearance, material verification, start-up checks, and in-process checks per batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Performing timely sampling and testing of in-process, reserve, finished, and stability samples, including environmental monitoring.
- Coordinating cleaning validation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supporting technology transfer and initiation of exhibit batches.
- Reviewing and certifying batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR) for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharma or B.Tech in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–12 years of experience in IPQA for injectables, with hands-on expertise in line clearance, VHP processes, isolators, BMR processes, and lyophilizers.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in aseptic practices, cleaning validation, and process validation.
- Knowledge of equipment qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ), utilities, and area qualifications.
- Familiarity with media fill simulation and isolator technology.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
