Team Member – Blister Packing

Candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining blister packing machines and ensuring smooth production operations.

Team Member – Engineering (Process Instrumentation)

This role involves handling instrumentation systems and ensuring efficient functioning of process equipment in OSD manufacturing.

Specialist – SIT (Engineering Site Investigations)

Candidates will lead investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and manage CAPA activities during audits and deviations.

Team Member – Engineering (Process Mechanical)

Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of OSD process equipment and ensuring equipment reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain OSD blister packing and cartoning machines
• Perform setup, changeover, and monitoring of production equipment
• Handle instrumentation systems like PLC, HMI, SCADA, and serialization
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA strategies
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, BMR, and BPR documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
• B.Pharm candidates eligible for specific roles
• Experience range:
  • Blister Packing: 5–8 years
  • Instrumentation: 6–10 years
  • SIT Specialist: 6–8 years
  • Mechanical: 4–8 years
• Minimum 60% throughout academic career
• Only candidates from OSD background will be considered

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with OSD equipment like Fette, Romaco, Glatt, ACG machines
• Knowledge of compression, granulation, coating, and capsule filling
• Experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA systems
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Expertise in RCA, CAPA, and audit handling
