Responsibilities
Team Member – Production (Injectables)
- Perform injectable compounding and peptide compounding.
- Operate and maintain equipment like isolators, cartridge filling machines, vial washers, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Team Member – Engineering
- Manage utility systems, water systems, instrumentation, automation, and process control in injectable manufacturing.
- Conduct maintenance of injectable process areas.
- Support automation engineering tasks for manufacturing and filling operations.
Team Member – Packing
- Qualify device packing and cartridge lines, including autocartinators.
- Operate leak detection machines, pouch packing systems, and case packers.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Team Member – Quality Control
- Conduct chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, IC, IR, UV, LCMS, and other instrumentation.
- Perform raw material (RM), packing material (PM), finished goods (FG), stability, and LST assays.
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a cGMP environment.
Team Member – Bioassay
- Execute cell-based assays, peptide bioassays, and monoclonal antibody (Mab) bioassays.
- Conduct biochemical tests including ELISA, PCR, and PRI.
- Maintain cGMP compliance with a focus on GDP.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-8 years in relevant pharmaceutical roles.
- Education:
- Production/Engineering/Packing: Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical).
- Quality Control: M.Sc in Chemistry.
- Bioassay: M.Sc or M.Tech in Biotechnology, or B.Tech in Biotechnology.
- Skills:
- Production: Expertise in injectable compounding, peptide compounding, and USFDA compliance.
- Engineering: Knowledge of utility systems, automation, and injectable process maintenance.
- Packing: Experience with device packing, cartridge lines, and leak detection systems.
- Quality Control: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, IC, IR, UV, LCMS, and chemical analysis.
- Bioassay: Hands-on experience in cell-based assays, peptide bioassays, and biochemical tests.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% in academics.
