🔬 Key Responsibilities – MSAT Injectable
1️⃣ Product Lifecycle Management (LCM)
- Prepare, review, and approve technical protocols and reports.
- Conduct product impact assessments for lifecycle changes.
- Manage change controls, deviations, and risk assessments.
2️⃣ Technology Transfer – Parenteral
- Support new product transfers, scale-ups, line transfers, and site-to-site transfers for injectable products.
- Coordinate cross-functional documentation and execution.
- Support commercial batch transfers and validation activities.
3️⃣ Investigations & Compliance
- Investigate non-conformances (OOS, OOT, Incidents, Market Complaints).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and global regulatory requirements.
- Address regulatory deficiencies and support audits.
4️⃣ Process Optimization & Data Analysis
- Conduct data analysis for trend identification.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement process enhancements and new technologies.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, QC, and regulatory teams.
