We are seeking a dedicated Team Member for our Quality Control department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Analytical Testing:
- Use instruments such as Analytical Balance, Microbalance, pH meter, Conductivity meter, KF, Autotitrator, Halogen Moisture Analyzer, UV, IR, and Hot Air Oven.
- Conduct HPLC and GC instrumental analysis.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the release of raw materials, packing materials, in-process intermediates, bulk, and finished products as per SLA.
- Report on-line incidents, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend) as per SOP, and assist in root cause investigations with the immediate supervisor.
- SAP & LIMS Activities:
- Engage in SAP activities and Labware LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) activities including preparation, review, and approval of LIMS masters.
- Manage LIMS tickets and audit trail observations towards closure.
