Job Description: Quality Control Associate – Bioassay
Dr. Reddy’s Biologics is seeking an experienced Quality Control Associate specializing in Bioassays to join their team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ELISA, cell-based bioassays, Immunosorbent Assay (ISA), and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct analytical testing for biologics and biosimilars.
- Maintain documentation and data integrity as per quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize bioassay methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for method validation and transfer.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in bioassay techniques within a pharma/biotech QC lab.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP compliance and regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMA).
- Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and lab instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
