Key Responsibilities
1. Data Changes (50%)
- Create and manage data change requests based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with teams to implement changes and ensure timely closure of the process.
2. Maintenance Tasks (30%)
- Handle tickets by investigating and resolving issues as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant groups (e.g., GTs, Ops tickets).
- Provide SCR support for data setup tasks.
- Perform reconciliation tasks such as interim or study-end analysis from Data Management (DM).
3. Documentation (15%)
- Draft and finalize study-specific user guides (SUSR, HDSG) based on project manager feedback.
- Prepare IM slides and update communication tools or VMP documentation.
4. Closeout Tasks (5%)
- Conduct study closeout checks to ensure compliance.
- Download relevant reports and store them in SharePoint for future reference.
5. Ad-hoc Tasks
- Perform other related duties based on business needs as directed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in data management or project coordination is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to investigate issues and manage ticket resolutions.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience using SharePoint and creating user guides.
- Good communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams
