Job Details

  • Position: Project Associate I
  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
  • Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Changes (50%)

  • Create and manage data change requests based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with teams to implement changes and ensure timely closure of the process.

2. Maintenance Tasks (30%)

  • Handle tickets by investigating and resolving issues as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant groups (e.g., GTs, Ops tickets).
  • Provide SCR support for data setup tasks.
  • Perform reconciliation tasks such as interim or study-end analysis from Data Management (DM).

3. Documentation (15%)

  • Draft and finalize study-specific user guides (SUSR, HDSG) based on project manager feedback.
  • Prepare IM slides and update communication tools or VMP documentation.

4. Closeout Tasks (5%)

  • Conduct study closeout checks to ensure compliance.
  • Download relevant reports and store them in SharePoint for future reference.

5. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Perform other related duties based on business needs as directed.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience in data management or project coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to investigate issues and manage ticket resolutions.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience using SharePoint and creating user guides.
  • Good communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams
