Job Overview
The Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 role in Bengaluru focuses on monitoring and managing laboratory projects with quality and efficiency. This entry-level position offers a chance to develop critical skills in project management, regulatory compliance, and centralized monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Management
- Execute centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects.
- Ensure timely completion of regulatory documentation for kit shipments, including the Kit Contents Chart (KCC), packing list, and import permits.
Database & Portal Updates
- Maintain active databases with details of participating sites.
- Manage and provision access to the Infosario Portal.
Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor and ensure the timely release of patient laboratory reports by following up with relevant teams.
- Ensure real-time audit readiness by maintaining comprehensive documentation of all monitoring activities.
Training & Process Improvement
- Complete role-specific training and assessments on time.
- Participate in departmental or process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of work experience; prior exposure to monitoring tasks is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
