Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Patient Services Specialist, you will:
- Lead PSP execution for treatment and maintenance phases, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and equitable access.
- Leverage digital tools for patient enrollment, engagement, compliance monitoring, and turnaround time optimization.
- Design and optimize UI/UX platforms to improve patient experience and accessibility.
- Manage third-party vendors and build sustainable partnerships for PSP delivery.
- Implement KPIs and analytics to measure program effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and pharmacovigilance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, patient organizations, and internal Takeda teams.
- Integrate emerging technologies like AI, telemedicine, and virtual consultations to expand PSP reach.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Educational background: Life Sciences degree preferred (BPharm, PharmD, PhD, MBBS, MD).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or digital healthcare services.
- 2–3 years of managing digital PSPs and working with analytics platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and analytical expertise.
- Proven ability in UI/UX design for patient-centric platforms.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Mobility: Ability to travel up to 30–40% as needed.
