Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Patient Services Specialist, you will:

  • Lead PSP execution for treatment and maintenance phases, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and equitable access.
  • Leverage digital tools for patient enrollment, engagement, compliance monitoring, and turnaround time optimization.
  • Design and optimize UI/UX platforms to improve patient experience and accessibility.
  • Manage third-party vendors and build sustainable partnerships for PSP delivery.
  • Implement KPIs and analytics to measure program effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and pharmacovigilance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, patient organizations, and internal Takeda teams.
  • Integrate emerging technologies like AI, telemedicine, and virtual consultations to expand PSP reach.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Educational background: Life Sciences degree preferred (BPharm, PharmD, PhD, MBBS, MD).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or digital healthcare services.
    • 2–3 years of managing digital PSPs and working with analytics platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and analytical expertise.
    • Proven ability in UI/UX design for patient-centric platforms.
    • Leadership, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel up to 30–40% as needed.
