Key Responsibilities:
- Execute chemical reactions as per the plan provided by Team Leads (TLs) and document experiments accurately.
- Adhere to lab safety protocols and maintain good synthesis practices.
- Work independently in a Chemistry CRO (Contract Research Organization) environment with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate as a team player and take ownership of assigned target compounds to maximize incentives.

Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemistry CRO or related field.
- Prior exposure to discovery chemistry workflows is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in organic synthesis, reaction monitoring, and lab documentation.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best lab practices.
