Key Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee in Marketing & Sales (B2B), you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company products in the B2B space.
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Supporting the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinating with internal departments for order processing, dispatches, and addressing customer needs.
• Preparing marketing materials, business proposals, and client presentations.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the Marketing Head.
