Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC) Officer
- Analyze Materials: Perform detailed analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs using advanced techniques.
- Operate Analytical Instruments: Utilize HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, and other instruments for precise testing.
- Documentation: Prepare and review Standard Testing Procedures (STPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Method Validation: Conduct method validation and stability studies to ensure product quality.
- Investigations: Handle Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations to maintain compliance.
Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
- GMP Compliance: Review and approve Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documents, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Production Records (BPR), and SOPs.
- Deviation Management: Oversee deviations, change controls, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and risk assessments.
- In-Process Monitoring: Ensure in-process checks align with cGMP and ICH guidelines.
