Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable AI/ML models for commercial decision-making in pharma.
- Analyze Physician & Patient-Level Data (PLD) from vendors like IQVIA, Komodo, Optum.
- Support HCP segmentation, targeting, and market access analytics.
- Translate business needs into data science solutions using Python, SQL, and Dataiku.
- Present insights to US stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Work in high-performance cloud environments with large healthcare datasets.
Who You Are
✔ 1-3 years in healthcare analytics, consulting, or data science.
✔ Strong in Python/R, SQL, Excel, and machine learning.
✔ Familiar with HCP/patient analytics (persistence, compliance, line of therapy).
✔ STEM degree (BS/MS/MBA/PhD preferred).
✔ Agile, collaborative, and strong in stakeholder communication.
Eligibility & Benefits

- Bachelor’s degree + 1-3 years in data science/analytics.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, statistics, and ML modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS/MBA/PhD in a STEM field.
