The Commercial Data Solutions team plays a crucial role in enabling data science and analytics by developing cutting-edge data products. As an Intern-Data Solutions, you will gain hands-on experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and analytics, working alongside industry experts.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop last-mile data products using modern technologies (SQL, Python, AWS).
✔ Enable data science teams with data modeling and feature engineering.
✔ Build automated, reusable data models for marketing and analytics use cases.
✔ Ensure compliance and governance in data product development.
✔ Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Matillion, and Dataiku.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech/B.S., M.Tech/M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS (or other cloud platforms).
- Experience with data modeling, feature engineering, and ETL pipelines.
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools (Matillion, Starburst, ThoughtSpot).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of semantic layers for analytics.
- Experience with low-code tools like Dataiku.
- Understanding of pharma/commercial data domains.
