Gainwell is hiring a Data Reporting & Analytics Specialist to transform healthcare reporting and analytics in India. This remote role in Bangalore and Chennai offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative data-driven solutions without handling sensitive health information (PHI/PII). Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements in business processes.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define and track business requirements.
- Manage conceptual data sets and generate insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional sessions to ensure the intent of change is implemented throughout project phases.
- Build basic conceptual data and process models to support technical and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-2 years of data analytics experience or relevant academic coursework.
- 3+ years of experience translating technical goals into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics tools.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for communicating with leadership and technical teams.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and data governance principles.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to investigate, understand, and explain trends.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver creative, efficient solutions.
- Team player with influencing and collaborative capabilities.
