Job Description: Analyst – Data & Process Management
Key Responsibilities:
โ Data Management & Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across sources like IQVIA, Veeva, APLD, Google Analytics, and HCP engagement data.
โ Process Enhancement: Develop SOPs, automate workflows, and improve data governance & stewardship.
โ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with US-based teams, vendors, and digital teams to enhance data accessibility and reporting.
โ Advanced Analytics: Use AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Dataiku, Power BI for data processing and visualization.
โ Compliance & Reporting: Manage opt-out compliance, sales data reports, and ad-hoc analytics for commercial operations.
Technical & Soft Skills Required:
- 2+ yearsย inย pharma commercial data, omni-channel datasets, and data governance.
- Expertise inย AWS, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Informatica, Dataiku, Power BI.
- Strongย problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementย skills.
- Knowledge ofย IQVIA, Veeva, SFMC, and specialty pharmacy data.
Education & Eligibility:
- Advanced degreeย inย Management, Statistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Analyticsย (MBA/Masters/PhD preferred).
- Excellent English communicationย (written & spoken).
