Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst Level 1 at Certara, your key responsibilities include:

- Developing clinical database products in therapeutic areas such as Metabolic & CV, Neuroscience, Autoimmune, Oncology, and Respiratory.
- Analyzing and annotating clinical trial data including trial design, demographics, treatments, and outcomes (biomarker, clinical, safety, and quality-of-life).
- Digitizing results from graphs on linear, logarithmic, and semi-log scales with precision.
- Collaborating with lead consultants, peer data analysts, and quality managers to follow database rules and quality processes.
- Completing relevant training programs in statistics, R coding, systematic literature review, and data analysis methods.
- Supporting multiple disease area databases and ensuring high-quality output consistently.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, PharmaD, Clinical Practice, Public Health, or Epidemiology.
- 1–2 years of experience in information science, systematic literature review, health economics, or public health sectors; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, clinical research, clinical development phases, trial designs, and PICOS methodology.
- Knowledge of data management tools like R and statistics is an added advantage.
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and learning skills.
