🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Develop and maintain client reporting dashboards and templates
• Generate monthly activity reports and operational summaries
• Analyze inquiry volume data for KPI tracking and workforce planning

2. Medical Information Database Support

• Act as Lead Business Analyst for MI databases
• Troubleshoot telephony and database issues
• Ensure accurate data logging and reconciliation (AE/PQC tracking)

3. Client & Operational Collaboration

• Liaise with global client services teams
• Support client reporting requirements and invoicing processes
• Assist in process improvement and reporting optimization

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, data privacy, and regulatory standards
• Maintain high-quality output within defined timelines
• Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy

5. Training & Administration

• Train new team members on reporting systems
• Assist in weekly/monthly reporting workflows
• Support administrative tasks across analytics operations

🎓 Qualifications Required

• Degree in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Life Sciences with analytics exposure
• Strong understanding of:
  • Data reporting & dashboards
  • Healthcare/pharma data (preferred)
