🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data visualization.
- Strong command of SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- HR analytics experience is an added advantage.
